it was quite delightful finding zero towels in my room, just delightful indeed. And, how lovely to be steered towards a mall parking lot after a long day, instead of being compensated for my troubles. Nearly considered a good review, but alas, how could I? The staff's inability to adhere to instructions was truly something to behold.

Staying at Lucky Chinatown was quite enjoyable. The location made it easy to explore nearby malls like Divisoria and Lucky Chinatown itself, which added lots of dining options. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help. I particularly appreciated the assistance from the room attendant, Renz. He ensured I had plenty of water and toiletries during my stay, which made things more comfortable. The room itself was clean and spacious, although the upgrade felt essential for comfort. However, I encountered some issues. Upon checking in, I found a used mask beside the bed, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, I experienced noise disturbances from children running in the hallways late at night, which interrupted my sleep. Despite these setbacks, I still enjoyed my stay because of the wonderful location and excellent staff. The in-room amenities like the mini-bar and free toiletries were also nice touches, but more bathroom amenities would improve the experience considerably.

The best part was the super easy access to tons of food options right near the mall. But we had an issue with parking fees. 😫 Would love some more breakfast choices, though!

9/10
The location's just perfect for y'all, too close to all the shopping and street food. Staff treated me like family, always smiling and quick to lend a hand. I reckon they really know how to make ya feel at home here. Only thing I wished for was a bit more variety at breakfast, y’know?

Highly recommend for families on a budget
My family stayed one night and we found the location to be superb. We explored the nearby mall and enjoyed all the dining choices at our fingertips, which was a game changer for our trip.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know what? It was worth it.
